• 4eggs
• 3⁄4cup sugar
• 1⁄2cup vegetable oil
• 1cup honey, melted
• 1cup orange juice
• 2 1⁄2cups flour
• 1⁄2teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2teaspoon allspice
• 1⁄2teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2teaspoon cardamom
• 1⁄2teaspoon ginger
• 1tablespoon baking powder

• DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream eggs and sugar. Add the oil, honey and orange juice.
  2. Sift the following 7 ingredients : flour, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and baking powder; add to the bowl with the liquid ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a slightly greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
