Ingredients

honey bun cake

1) 1 cup honey

2) 1/2 cup vegetable oil

3) 4 eggs

4) 2 teaspoons grated orange zets

5) 1 cup orange juice

6) 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

7) 3 teaspoons baking powder

8) 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

9) 1/2 teaspoon salt

10) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

1) preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9*13 inch pan.

2) Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, set aside.

3) In a large bowl, combine suger, honey, oil, eggs, and orange zest. beat in the flour mixture alternately with the orange juice, mixing just until incorporated. Pour into prepared pan.

4) Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
